Yes it will work with only a RING doorbell, but in order for it to work even if you had other RING cameras, you need to purchase a RING bridge which is sold separately at Best Buy. I attached a picture of what it looks like. I

this is independent of the ring doorbell. You will need a 'ring bridge' though which is another product that connects these sensors to your wifi
