Is there a RING camera that can by used independently by recording internal and/or on an iPhone?

No, the Ring Outdoor Cam requires an 802.11 b/g/n wifi connection at 2.4 GHz and a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps for optimal performance. Without a wifi connection, the device will not be able to operate or provide you with the security features you expect. To get proper motion detection, cameras should not be placed facing a window or in front of a glass door.
