Could be because it’s in an area with a high amount of traffic. I would’ve checked my settings

If your battery drains fully, even with the solar panel installed, your Ring device's daily activities and subsequent power drain may be more than the solar panel can provide. If you receive a lot of motion events in a day, try adjusting your sensitivity to reduce unwanted motion. Visit our support center for more information.
