“we have a ring video boor bell 4 and are looking for an extra rechargeable battery for it. The specs on this model only go up to Ring 3 plus, but I cannot find one that says it’s for the Ring 4. Will this work? If not, please tell me one that will work.”

Yes, will work for the Ring Video Doorbell 4. I bought it and it's the exact same one as the one that the Ring Video Doorbell 4 came with.
