“I am replacing a rear flood light with this, so I also have a camera. Do I need anything else for the lights to go on with motion and camera record like my Ring Doorbell? I noticed a bridge, but I am simply looking for it to work like my doorbell.”

If you're getting smart lighting, lights w/no camera a bridge is required. If you're buying floodlights w/cameras then no bridge is required.
