Yes you will set it up in a different group and have that group to trigger that light only. You can also do this a separate bridge.

Entry Delay: While someone is entering your location and disarming Ring Alarm, you also link connected Ring cameras and doorbells to start recording, or connect compatible Ring devices to turn on their lights. Ring Smart Lighting Motion Detected: When your Ring Smart Light detects motion, or turns on or off, you can link other connected Ring cameras and doorbells to start recording, or connect compatible Ring devices to turn on their lights.
