The base has 2 screws that hold the camera.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two or three screws in a base plate with a area that holds a section of the light fixture hold it in place. The camera locks onto the baseplate at multiple angles after the baseplate is attatched where you want it. Depending on how you mount the basdplate, almost any angle can be achieved by the camera.
