Hi RickS. Good question. The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus comes in different power options: battery, plug-in, solar, and wired. The wired option requires a hardwired connection of 100–240 V.Before you begin installing your Spotlight Cam Plus, make sure you’re following safety code standards. Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area. Visit our support center for more information on installing your device.
