    • Answer Hi HomeBuyer. Good question. The Light Settings in the Ring app let you control when your spotlight comes on. You can toggle off motion-activated lights if you do not want the spotlight to come on, even at night. The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus offers color night vision. Color Night Vision adds color to video in low light for improved clarity and motion detection. With the feature turned off, your Ring device will show video captured at night in black and white.     • Answer Not sure what the customer is asking. We have 5 Ring Spotlight Cameras located near access points (e.g. front door, side gate, rear door) and they pick up any activity within the set up zone. They provide us with a good feeling of security and protection. Hope this helps.

  • QuestionHi....hope this is not a stupid question, I have not seen anyone ask it. Can I have this (or several) installed, so that everything will come up on my PC? My old surveillance system was set up this way, as well as on a monitor that came with it.

    • Answer It’s very easy to install. You just need a screwdriver, the holes are preset. Since it’s outside you might need to use a powered one. I literally borrowed one from a neighbor. It took about 5 minutes.
