I live in a rural area, struggled for 9 years with Century Link crappy internet. TMobile services my area now so I jumped at the chance for increase my speeds drastically from 5-7mbps to 400+mbps! Cameras work better now, pictures seem clearer, not nearly the freezing or delay in play back I had with old slow internet. Works great now!

A poor cellular or wifi internet connection can prevent your Ring app from functioning correctly. Using mobile device hotspots in place of a home wifi network is not recommended and may cause your devices to repeatedly disconnect.
