Each camera can be set up individually. Set up is through the app, is very easy to follow, and not dependent on both cameras being used in the same network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you would be able to split them up, seeing that you separately register each camera when you are ready to use it. Therefore, you would just give one to your mom to set up using her WiFi and her own Ring account.
