We purchased same 2 pack and it does only came with one battery for each camera and can use two if purchase another one. The batteries do not come charged you have to charge them up. It took 2 days for ours to completely charge up. We have had them up fo two weeks and still have a little less then 3/4 battery left.

They only come with one because you can purchase a solar panel that keeps the included battery charged at all times eliminating the need for a second battery. The battery comes with the camera partially charged. I recommend charging it overnight before first use. They last about two weeks or longer on single charge depending on activity of camera. The battery takes a long time to charge so be patient when charging it.

My phone shows the motion but no light works. I have done everything I can do to make it work and am so angry I paid all this money. I bought it for the camera and Motion light. I don’t have an electricity in this spot so I needed the battery one. I can’t seem to get anyone to help me. Guess I have to return it and just buy a regular cheap motion battery light!

Please try again later.The extra battery compartment is just to double your battery life because if you install it it wouldn't be practical to charge regularly so the one battery pack it comes with should be charged for at least a day prior to using. My cameras last a few months depending on how often they receive motion. Your battery may just need to be charged until the orange charging light turns off.

I intend to buy three more so I will have a full charged set all the time. I would have purchased the extra set at time of purchase but they were out of stock at the time.
