“Kansas City how long does it take to charge the batteries for the first time? I've had one plugged into my phone so fast charger for 18 plus hours and the orange light is still on indicating that it's charging.”

My first charge yesterday took approximately 6 hours using the usb wire and an adapter plugged into an outlet in the house. My biggest issue was getting the WiFi to connect to the Ring WiFi extender which was only 5 feet away from the unit outside. It finally connected but I’m not sure I could depend on it for Security. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine took somewhere between 12-18 hours, one was done in 10hours, but you should only use supplied cord, not fast charger. I returned my system the day after I bought it so I don't know how second charge is.
