Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If they wanted to steal it, I'm sure they would. It isn't exactly quick to remove however. There is nothing to "wipe" as it records to the cloud if you pay for the monitoring service. But the QR Code you use during setup ties the camera to your account. So if it was stolen, I'd report it to law enforcement and Ring. And I'm sure Ring would be able to know if it gets reactivated under a new account if it's stolen. I'd ask them though. (Ring) Because I know if someone steals one of their Doorbells, they used to replace it free of charge. Not sure about the cameras though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If someone steals it there will be a nice close-up video for the police to see. If you report it stolen to Ring they should be able to see if somebody tries to enable it from it's unique Mac address and info.
