“I have a building that’s out in the country and no internet is available ,could this run off of a mobile hotspot,if it could wonder how many gigs would it take per month to run 24/7. ?”

My guess it would depend on motion setting which would determine frequency of recording therefore giving the amount of usage each month. But with no internet and using hotspot not sure you would get the desired speed and effectiveness. Ask a friend to try it with their hotspot you buy and have a return policy of like 14 days.
