Can't get the plastic mounting bracket to click into the plastic bracket mounted on wall. Both are in the UP position yet only only side will click in place. What am I doing wrong? null

You have to do one side at a time.  Meaning side to side install

Hi DN255.

Thank you for reaching out. To install, hold the bracket against your wall, making sure the "UP" arrow is pointing upward, and mount it with the included screws. Then, mount your cam by guiding the grooves on the base onto the hooks on the bracket. Slide the stick-up cam down to secure it to the wall.
