• Don’t bother. They were not helpful at all when I had a huge problem with an appliance. Very poor customer service. Go elsewhere to shop.

• There is a number to reach Best Buy's customer support, but you (as a customer) will not actually receive any support. You have reached what they call "Customer Support", so it can be said that you have made contact with Customer Support at the given number. However, Customer Support will not actually solve, or move towards finding a solution to, your issue.

• You can reach out to ring directly but I've found local best buy employees and their support with customer service as well as home evaluations to be extremely helpful. They can also provide numbers as well.

• I need a live person preferably a manager. I purchased a $2k computer and was not offered the use of my Best Buy Credit Card so I could have recieved $250 back. I picked up the computer today and want to know how this can be resolved. Trying to get a live person and no way to get thru on your phone system. I'm almost ready to return this computer because how frustrated I am.

• If you're question involves something they sell through a 3rd party you will receive no help. You are just throwing away money ordering anything they don't directly make/sell.
