You have reached what they call "Customer Support", so it can be said that you have made contact with Customer Support at the given number. However, Customer Support will not actually solve, or move towards finding a solution to, your issue.

I purchased a $2k computer and was not offered the use of my Best Buy Credit Card so I could have recieved $250 back. I picked up the computer today and want to know how this can be resolved. Trying to get a live person and no way to get thru on your phone system. I'm almost ready to return this computer because how frustrated I am.
