A:AnswerYes, but wireless. Ring doorbell never specifies what to do or what kind of Charger and volts to use in South america. They do not even sale the European ring doorbell in US. Business, money. Why they don't sale a Ring doorbell with double voltage with a switch. If I fly to another country I want to use my Ring doorbell in my hotel room or Airbnb, or in my own house or apartment in another country. I can pay double for a Ring doorbell that is more useful.
A:AnswerI would suggest lowering down the area that you have set for motion...I have mine set at 5ft and under and get alot less alerts, which in turn stops me from having to use the phone to monitor as frequently.

A:AnswerThe company realizes that this is can happen and will replace any units that are stolen. So make sure you register the product. The nice thing is that the video is uploaded to the Ring servers and is still able to be recovered and used to identify the thief.

A:AnswerIt only records about 5 seconds after motion is triggered without responding to the movement. You can setup so that it will instantly show movement on your mobile phone or tablet. When the view comes up, there is a red and green button on the screen. If the green button is pressed, it will record until the red button is pressed. Also, when the green button is pressed, you can converse with a person that is by the doorbell. There is also configurations on range of field to trip the sensor as well as how you get alerted. The doorbell logs are easy to delete as well.
