Thanks for asking! No, the Ring Video Doorbell 3 will not work without wifi. The Ring Video Doorbell 3 requires a 2.4GHz or 5GHz wireless 802.11 B/G/N connection. The Ring Video Doorbell 3 requires a minimum speed of 2 Mbps upload and download at the mounting location of the Ring device.
