Yes. I have a chime located on all three levels of my home. Basement, 1st and second floors. Even if I do not have my phone, I get a doorbell alert from the chimes. FYI: I have two ring v4 doorbells on the Front and back doors, I am sure I could add one in the garage entry too. The chimes all alert me, even without my phone, like a traditional doorbell.

If you connect your Ring Video Doorbell to your existing hardwired connection, it will ring your internal chime like an "old-fashioned doorbell".
