Hi Sophie. Great question. There are three Ring Protect Plans available for home devices. Ring Protect Basic offers recording for one Ring doorbell or home camera. If this is the plan you have, you will need to add an additional Ring Protect Basic plan or upgrade to Ring Protect Plus for recording on another device. Ring Protect Plus offers video recording for all Ring doorbells and home cameras at one location. If this is the plan you have, an additional Ring Protect subscription will not be required for that location. Visit our support center for additional details.
