“if i use hardwired for this unit, will my house power charge the battery for me, reason why i ask is because i have the ring doorbell 3 with a 24v trasformer and my house power still don't charge my battery”

I have mine hardwired with 24 volts as well and the battery holds a charge and is charged through the 24 volt circuit. Have had it installed for almost a month and the battery went up from 90% charged to currently 99%.
