“I live in a apartment building. I'm looking to put the ring on the side of my apartment door. Basically on the wall, right by my door. Do I need anything special for it to go on the wall. Please tell me, so I could avoid any problems”

No. U don’t need anything special to put it on the wall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The doorbell comes with all the things you need to put it up. Keep in mind that the doorbell will be screwed to the wall, but the package includes all of the screws needed. You will need to use your own flathead (or a Phillips head, I forget) screwdriver, though. You could maybe get around using screws by using Command Strips or something (I considered using the velcro Command Strips), but this would make it easier for someone to rip the doorbell down with ease.
