A:AnswerHi Jfif,
Unfortunately we are not compatible with most intercom systems. If you know the make/model I can double check for you! You can also install a battery operated Ring Video Doorbell if you are interested. Please email me at [email protected] to discuss this further.

A:AnswerHi DavidBill,
Ring Video Doorbell can be hardwired to your existing doorbell as long as it is 110-240V. For battery operated devices, please review some of our other Ring Video Doorbells. Either way, all of them work through the Ring App. The following article lists out the features of the individual Ring video doorbell models along with a recommendation as to which model might be best for you: https://bit.ly/2xrpC0C. Feel free to review it and let me know if you have further questions.

A:AnswerHi Neighbor,
You can use the same Ring app for both devices. There is no limit on the number of Ring devices you can link to your Ring account.

A:AnswerHi Fill,
The Ring App is compatible with Android devices version 5.0 or newer. The app is also compatible with Apple devices iOS 9.1 or newer, Windows devices running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and MacOS machines version 10.11 or newer. We’re always looking to improve our user experience so hopefully we will see additional devices added in the future. You can also access your Ring Account via www.ring.com.

A:AnswerHi Blueyedraptor,
Ring Video Doorbell works with Alexa if you have an Alexa device with a screen. You’ll need to add Ring Video Doorbell as a skill in your Alexa app for it to work. This article has more info on Alexa integration: https://bit.ly/2uDrOPy. Let me know if you have any additional questions about it.

A:AnswerWhen the doorbell is rung or there is motion near it, you are notified on the devices for which you have downloaded the app. If you would like to have an audible ring that can be heard on the interior of your home, you will need to purchase one or more of the seperately sold chimes and set them up.
A:AnswerHi Neighbor,
While you may be able to connect your Ring Video Doorbell to Google Home Mini, what it can do is limited. Please email me to discuss this further: [email protected].

A:AnswerHi Diana,
Great question!
This should work just fine! We do also have a Wedge Kit, our Wedge Kit helps to properly angle your Ring Video Doorbell to catch the motions your want while avoiding the motions you don't. For more information, please see the link below.
