“We have not been able to see any motion alerts in spite of there having been obvious traffic that should have been detected. Has anyone else experienced this?”

• Have you set up the motion zone to include the area you want to cover? Also you may need to adjust the sensitivity for motion to get the desired results.

• Did you specify the area to be monitored in the app? If not you are only monitoring a small area in one corner until you do.
