Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. Tech support said it was a bad unit. I took it back to Best Buy for an exchange. No hassle, I was only in the store about five minutes. Installed the new one in ten minutes since the howto was fresh in my mind, and I've been very happy ever since.
