Please try again later.You have choices: • you can purchase the bulkier Ring Doorbell 2 that runs on batteries • you can have an electrician come run electricity to your front door to use the Ring Doorbell Pro (this is what I did - ended up costing me around $300 to run the electricity and install the device, but to me, it was worth it to have this slimmer silhouette and not have to rely on batteries) • you can purchase the Ring Doorbell Elite that runs on Ethernet cable
