Hi MsKim. Good question! The Ring Video Doorbell is compatible with an 802.11 b/g/n wifi connection at 2.4GHz. If your device disconnects from your wifi network, follow these steps to reconnect your video doorbell to your wifi network in the Ring App: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network.
