Great question! Yes, you are able to physically uninstall your Ring Doorbell device and re-set it up in the new state you move to. You would need to walk through a new setup within the Ring App and connect the device to the new wifi network, when you arrived. Yes just update the address in your device location settings. I downloaded the app b4 I purchased product, so I could see all the features of the product 1st. Doing so may help you too!
