Please try again later.Hello Blessed, It sounds like you may be using an outdated version of the Ring App. The Ring app is supported on any device that is running iOS 12+ or Android 6+. If the Ring app is already downloaded on a device running iOS 11 or Android 5 and lower, it will still be supported but will not receive new app updates.
