I don't have a door bell..can I install this ring null

Look for the option with a battery. It just screws in wherever you want it. No wires needed. It is an easy battery swap when it gets low. I have a charging stand with an extra battery I bought. I just swap them out when needed. The app will tell you when it starts getting low.
