Yes. The ring app has a primary user but allows you to share access to who you want. Could also login as primary user on the different devices.

Yes, the Ring Video Doorbell Pro can be accessed through multiple different mobile devices, either through logging into the Ring app as the owner or through the shared user feature. Shared Users must have their own Ring account (created by downloading the Ring app) and log in with their own email and password. If there are multiple Ring devices, the account owner must invite a shared user to each device individually.
