Your Ring Video Doorbell Pro or Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 has an LED light located on the front to show you the status of your unit. Your hardwired doorbell transformer needs to have enough voltage to power your device. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro requires a transformer with 16–24 VAC and 50–60 HZ. We invite you to reach out to our Community if any additional information is needed regarding your question. The Ring Community is our first peer-to-peer community forum, giving our customers the ability to help one another by sharing their feedback and experiences with each other. All the best, Nicole from Ring.
