why pick up is not available for this item? null

I actually was able to order online and get mine from and instore location. So i actually did pick this game title up in person. It may not be available now due to the game being good and its sold out now.

Give them a call , it was available to pick up at my store .

Either you live in an area where the stocks for this game is quite limited and hence the only option is to get it delivered to your home from wherever the storehouse is located that'd be housing multiple copies of Rise of the Ronin.
