You will not be able to for it requires the radio in order to transmit the sound to the speakers. You would be better off replacing the radio and getting one with built in bluetooth

It connects to your phone via Bluetooth and emits an FM signal which your radio needs to be able to pick up to playback. If your radio stopped working it won’t be able to tune into the FM signal you choose.
