Can I use my own cleaning solution for mopping? null

Hello, Thanks for your question. It's only suggested to add Roborock cleaning solution into the water tank. Different cleaning solution varies in formulation and it may potentailly damage the water tank. Moreover, the bubbles made by chemical substance in cleaner may cause the mopping feature to malfunction.

What good is the mop feature if one has hardwood floors? Water is not good for the floor
