• Yes or you can just set it to vacuum or just mop or vacuum and mop.

• Yes, it mops (and dries!!!) at the same time. For mopping, it uses a large tank in the home base so it doesn't require maintenance after each cleaning. I clean my 1200 sq ft home daily and find I have to empty the dirty tank and refill the clean one once or twice a week. I previously had an iRobot that didn't do nearly as good a job and required filling the tank after each mopping.
