• Yes. I use this to mirror the same content on 2 different TV's in 2 different classrooms at my school. Works very well.

• I should do that. I use mine to mirror to two tv's from a lap top. You will have to buy a very long HDMI cord to mirror the other tv. The rocket fish needs an outlet to plug in to near the source.
