“I have a need to connect a projector and TV to the ARC on the receiver . Can I connect the TV and projector HDMI cables to the splitter and the other side to the receiver. Does this splitter have a toggle switch to change between TV and projector ?”

That's basically what I have. Works great. Both outputs are continuously active.
