“Hi, I have a Vizio TV that has one HDMI port that is (best) reccomended for 4K. I have a 4K blue ray player and a Roku 4K stick. Is this what I need to have two 4k Sources Running to my 1 4k capable HDMI port on my tv? Please help! Thanks!”

No. This is for sending one (1) signal to two (2) TVs at the same time (1x2). You need a “switcher”, not a “splitter” (2x1).
