“I have my Xbox One X, and I bought this Rocketfish to get Outputs to my 4K Monitor and also to my Elgato HD60 capture card. Truth it's hard to get signal on my Elgato (No Signal on my screen) and once or twice it did connect but Xbox changed to 1080p.”

Swap the outputs to your devices and retest. I have had 2 of these with 1 output leg intermittent.

Please try again later.it may have to do with the elgato i would look up the reddit for the device or the forums and ask if the device is compatible with powered splitters. i bought mine for my rift and it turned out rifts are incompatible with splitters. although the site says they are compatible with splitters i am not seeing anything about powered splitters.
