The box says "Variable refresh rate". It is called an HDMI ultra high speed cable supporting 4K and 8K. There is nothing else in the box to specifically answer what the refresh rate is. Sorry.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as your monitor has an HDMI 2.1 port, yes. The Omen 34C only has two 2.0 HDMI ports so you will probably have issues. I would look into a 4k Display Port cable instead.
