The USB ports will output a total of 2.1 amps. If you output 1 amp to one of the ports. The other port will draw 1.1 amps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Total is 2.1 amps for both ports (combined). They do not have isolated outputs. Probably it would not charge two Samsung S8/S9 simultaneously, for instance. One at a time should be more than OK though.

Please try again later.I used my protector in a standard household receptacle wired w the correct size (or gauge) wire protected by a 15 amp breaker at the main panel according to my licensed master electrician. My guess is the USB plugs on the protector are wired separately within the protector & the "amps" from the household wiring do not apply. Please consult your own licensed electrician for use in your location...
