QuestionFM radio frequensies.You say this works for UHF/VHF_/FM signals. I have an FM omnidirectional roof antenna for my FM stereo radio. Will / can this splitter give me a better / stronger signal to my FM receiver? I live in HEMET, CA. Riverside County area, 92543 to be exact. Please help.

- Answer This model will take the signal from your antenna and split it into four outputs. The outputs will be amplified meaning that you will get a stronger signal from the antenna. If the signal will be better than what you are experiencing now will depend on how close the broadcast is and how well the antenna is capturing that signal.

QuestionConnecting a cable routerMost suggestions seem to instruct you to split off the cable router from where the caber enters the house with a two slitter before you add additional spliter. In fact that was my set up, I had a spliter with 3db going to my router and 7db going to a four way spliter. I was getting error from FIOS TV that it was not getting data input. I move my router to one of the RF-G1179 outputs. It seems to be working. On another output, I had one of two TIVOs connected. I seemed to have been getting too much signal, so I moved that connection to a 7db connected behind the RFG1179, and that seems to be working, Comments?

- Answer Try not to use to many spliters. This nice amplifier has four outs. Connect quality Rg6 cables to them and send them to four of your components. That way you will get the most even and greatest data to your tv's and other devices that have and receive coaxial cable inputs.

QuestionWill this work with a DTV converter box?I have an 25 foot tall HDTV antenna and i want to hook 3 TVs, the den, living room and bedroom. will this keep the signal strength for all 3 TVs?

QuestionWill this amplify my internet signal? Having slow internet speeds coming from modem. This points to weak signal strength in the cable leading to modem. If I put this amplifier in-line, (between input cable & cable modem), will it improve internet signal?

- Answer I plug the cable in to the device and then run the cable to my modem and my television cable box and everything is working great now. I was having issues with my internet dropping over and over and thought it was a provider issue, but it turned out to be the splitter I was using. So I highly recommend this product.
