“What input sources does it take? I get I can wire four sets of speakers, but the sound has to route into it, why is that not a listed spec? Do I need RCA, DMI(understandably audio only will ouput if so), or Optical Cable? Just to name a few.”

Hello! The input is a powered speaker output from a receiver or other amplifier (the red/black speaker terminals). You hook it up the same way you would hook up a pair of speakers. Regards, Daniel T. - Rocketfish Support
