“cracking and popping in speaker I have used another speaker same effect, I have switched wiring and the other speaker does the same thing. So I know it is not the speakers.”

Have you checked the polarity? Make sure that your polarity is correct and that you are using a heavier gauge of wire. You may also want to run an AC line filter or use a power conditioner.
