How is cable tv box connected to hdmi selector? null

It only accepts HDMI inputs, doesn't have any other input options available. If your cable box doesn't have an HDMI port, it's not going to work with this, unless you can find some kind of cable that has your connections on one end, and HDMI on the other.

I have the HDMI from the cable box into one of the inputs and the output HDMI cable goes to the TV
