• I'm no pro, just a consumer like you. Try plugging it into a good surge protector that filters power line noise. That may make it run like it should. Just a guess.

• Had mine for about a month, doesn’t switch channels when pushing the remote have to push the numbers multiple times for it to work, sometime it works on first push a lot of times it takes multiple pushes
