• Can't tell you what it works with, but be aware it does not work with optical audio input. That caused me to return it.

• HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. Dolby Vision is a branded display feature. HDR10 is High Dynamic Range 10. Your remaining question cannot be answered at this time.
