“Has anyone actually had to file a claim due to damaged equipment? If so what were the results. Last one I bought, different brand, had me send the surge protector back for inspection. When they found nothing wrong my claim was denied.”

Lightening damaged our new TV, 85" Sony 2 days after installed. I had bought the protection plan. They replaced it without doing anything. Great service for me.
